What to Reduce Before Building an MVP
Building a smaller MVP does not mean cutting quality. It means keeping only the flow that answers the first validation question.
An MVP is not simply a small product. It is a product with a clear validation question: do users care about this problem, and can this flow lead to inquiry, booking, or payment?
If membership, payment, coupons, analytics, notifications, and full admin features are all included at the beginning, launch slows down and learning becomes unclear. The better first version keeps the core customer action and the minimum admin review flow.
At INTFRAME, we separate core screens, admin needs, payment, notifications, and operating requirements during the brief stage. This makes scope, budget, and post-launch improvements easier to discuss.
